A Little About Me

So, this is my first post on this blog. I'm going to be honest: I know next to nothing about blogging. I have always wanted to create a platform to talk about writing and reading, but I have never gotten around to it. 

But I suppose there's a first try for anything!

A little about me though... I am a young adult who is on the verge of starting college and adulting for the first time. Ever since I was thirteen, I have been writing stories and dreaming of someday publishing. Alas, those dreams are still far away. 

The genres I enjoy writing in are science fiction, fantasy, historical fiction, and supernatural fiction. My current writing projects include about three fantasy ideas still in the drafting stage, a historical fiction book inspired by Norse culture, and a speculative fiction book that explores an alternate modern Earth. 

I hope to maybe post book reviews, story art, and writing updates on this blog. Unfortunately, I am still learning to write every day, but I hope to be able to talk about my journey here.
